No, you don't necessarily have to register to place an order, you can also do it as a guest. However, remember that registering on the site allows you to speed up future purchases as your data will remain stored.

Shipments

If you notice signs of tampering, openings or cuts in the cardboard or if the cardboard appears strongly deformed or wet, do not accept the delivery for any reason. Send the package back by signing on the travel document the words "Delivery is refused due to unconditional package." If, on the other hand, the cardboard appears slightly squashed and deformed and nothing suggests tampering, accept the delivery by signing the words "I accept subject to control due to unconditioned package" on the travel document.
Returns and Refunds

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except for defective or damaged products. Furthermore, Adriamarine does not assume the responsibility of bearing the return costs for non-compatible original Yamaha spare parts if the engine serial number is not given at the time of the final order.
The refund is issued to the account of the payment method used, within 10 working days of receipt of the goods in the warehouse and the relative verification of its integrity, according to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (8.8.4).
No, you cannot make any customized products such as ropes, chains or steel cables cut to size for you. You can only return Yamaha products that are of normal consumption such as: impellers, anodes, thermostats, spark plugs and the gaskets relating to these products. You will also be able to return the gaskets relating to the mechanical fuel pump and those for changing the oil.
The total refund amount is the value of the returned products excluding shipping costs.
