The delay of the start-up prevents the alternate operation of the pump, caused by the lapping of the water. MOUNTING Mount the WATER WITCH is about 3 cm above the normal level of the water, with the power cables that go out towards the top. Make sure that the contacts have connection with the pump and battery are above the level reached by the water. This model can also be mounted on the pump using a clamp that hugs the body or that secures the exhaust pipe. The second sensor is constituted by the fixing bracket.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS The red wire should be connected to the positive pole of the battery through a fuse of equal value to that suggested for the pump. The black cable should be connected to ground (negative of battery). The brown wire to the positive lead of the power supply of the pump. ATTENTION: if connected to ground (negative of battery), it can damage the Water Witch. To be able to manually operate the pump, connect the positive lead of the power supply of the pump to the positive of the battery, through a switch. Every time it is connected to the batteries WATER WITCH actuates the pump for a few seconds to autocalibrarsi. You can test the operation by placing a wet cloth on both sensors.
