Credit card

If you prefer, you can pay for your order with a bank transfer to the bank details that will be indicated to you after sending the order (within 24 working hours following the order). This method of payment slows down the management process of your order because before shipping the items you have purchased we will wait for the amount to be credited, which must be within 7 working days.

Remember that the goods will be kept busy until the receipt of the proof of the transfer (paper receipt or confirmation of the online transfer) that you will have to send us by fax or e-mail (these contact details will be indicated when ordering) no later than 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the order.

The purpose of the transfer must include: the reference number, the date of execution and the name / surname of the order holder.

Cash on delivery

This method consists in paying the total amount of your order directly to the courier upon delivery. Payment can only be made in cash or by cashier's check, we recommend that you prepare the exact amount as the courier may not have the rest of the amount due. Adriamarine generally releases the goods with a receipt or a purchase receipt. For those who are interested in the invoice, Adria Marine leaves the possibility to enter the VAT number at the time of the order. Please also notify by e-mail of the need for an invoice. It is also emphasized that to receive an invoice for an amount greater than € 100 it is mandatory to pay by bank transfer , otherwise paypal commissions will be charged on the invoice.

How much are the shipping costs?

Can I ship to an address other than mine?

For the shipment of the order you can indicate any delivery address. It can also be sent to a different name, for example to the home of a friend, to a port office, to the address of the company where you work. During the insertion of the data you will be able to specify the destination address of your order.

What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

It is necessary to indicate an address where the courier can always find a person authorized to collect the package. The customer to whom it will not be possible to deliver a package, because he is not present at the shipping address for 2 consecutive times, or who does not collect the package within 8 days following the communication of storage at the courier's area office, will have to bear the expenses that will follow. After 8 days of storage at the courier's office, the goods will be returned to Adria Marine with consequent new shipping costs. The customer who does not collect the goods within 8 days of storage will have to pay Adria Marine, Euro 40.00 to cover the costs of round-trip transport and storage of the goods in the courier's warehouses.

What do i do if the package is damaged?

If you notice signs of tampering, openings or cuts in the carton or if the carton appears strongly deformed or wet, do not accept the delivery for any reason. Send the package back by signing on the travel document the words "Delivery is refused due to unconditional package."

If, on the other hand, the cardboard appears slightly crushed and deformed and nothing suggests tampering, accept the delivery by signing the words "I accept subject to control due to unconditional package" on the travel document.

Can I track the shipment of my order?
